I don't work with chylothorax enough to be a "guru", so if any of you have
experience with this and would be willing to have an RD e-mail you for input
regarding artificial milks and centrifuging breastmilk, could you e-mail me
off-list, please?  Some questions came up on our state dietetics listserv
from a brand-new peds RD and I mentioned making skim breastmilk, but I'm not
up on the latest formulas and meds that can be used with this.
