I would like to hear from other LCs who offer full service (def: not just a
pump rental station, but consults as well).

My practice has been going great guns--er, was! Then three more pump
rental stations opened up, one less than 3 miles from me. The past two
months, I have had virtually NO business--rentals or consults--and am
seriously considering closing my office, sending the pumps back when they
are returned and giving back all the equipment I purchased. I keep looking
at the overhead of keeping pumps, etc. and having them sit there. My
business has gone down at least 40% in the past few months, and I see no
signs of it improving.

Any thoughts? (The irony of this is I am now listed in the phone book!)

Def. of LC service: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
