Fascinating stuff from Pamela in Zimbabwe - Kate, can you ask her if
the following stat can be clarified?

Does this mean (as I think it does)  1 in  1000 of mothers who
*already have problems bf* (the ones Pamela says she sees)  or 1 in
1000 of all babies?
