"I always tell doctors that domperidone is "approved for breastfeeding
mothers" by the American Academy of Pediatrics (per Hale's book).  The
reason
it's not FDA approved is more ecomonics than any other reason.  I also tell
them that it is now available over the counter in England (per Chloe
Fischer)."

For the record, its also available over the counter here in The Netherlands.
