Kate,
5-15 mg of Reglan (metoclopramide) is not sufficient, the effective dose
is 30-45 mg per day in divided doses.  Reglan works by increasing
prolactin levels, if this mom has a pituitary infarct, she may not
respond to reglan at all.  The fact that she makes an ounce of milk is a
good sign.  Some women with Sheehan's syndrome make nothing.
