Susan Burger postulates that :

This was the conclusion I reached about myself.  When hand expressing my
fingers are a good inch to inch and a half behind my areola.  This also
left me concluding that my children must have fed off letdowns for 2 or
more years.

In another area, Diane Wiessinger comments on the value of video.  I also
found that I had copious colostrum and supposed, because I had been taught
it came in small amounts, that I was an exception.  I am always trying to
remember that what I think I 'know' may not be any more helpful than the
leeches of the middle ages.
