Jane, Code issues aside, Medela's open system pumps are not "good products."

I've covered this particular issue on my blog, perhaps this can shed some
light on things. No one is picking on poor Medela; Medela has some major
issues as a company, which even the FDA has been compelled to point out
recently via the warning letter they issued. That's not up for debate, it's
not my opinion; it's just a fact.

So even if we leave the Code out of it, there are still *major* issues with
this transaction and with Medela as a whole.
