I love it when conference speakers themselves make a point of 
welcoming babies at the beginning of the session.  Usually the person 
introducing the speaker or the conf organizer has already stated the 
policy on babies, but it is so nice to hear it from the speaker too. 
This really helps put mothers at ease who have chosen to bring their 
babies.

Many of the wonderful speakers here on this list do this, and it is 
much appreciated!
