Dear colleagues:

I'm working on a publication regarding vitamin D supplementation for
breastfed infants. I would like this publication to be as globally relevant
as possible. If you know of *referenced* position statements or health
policies regarding this issue in non-US countries, please email me as soon
as possible. I particularly need information from countries in which the
information is not available in English as I am unable to do Internet
searches in Hebrew, Japanese, French, Swahili, Portuguese, etc.! Also, if
you know the exact name of major health organizations in non-US
English-speaking countries (similar to the American Academy of Pediatrics),
please let me know. Or if you do not have referenced statements but are
aware of common recommendations/practices in your part of the world, please
let me know about them as well. What dosage of what product name, with what
ingredients (active and inactive), at what age, made by what company (does
the company also produce infant formula?), etc. is recommended or commonly
used? Please provide references if available, including document name,
author/organization, journal, date of publication, volume, number, page
number, etc.
