 Thanks so much for your clear explanation of blood vs breastmilk
contamination.

Your conclusions are also, as usual clear and eloquently stated.
I, and I'm sure many of us on lactnet, have been involved in
the political aspects of breastfeeding for many years. For me
at least, the issue of toxins is a new one. How does one get
involved in the politics of this issue? Is there legislation to
lobby for? Which gov't agencies work in this area? FDA, EPA,
Dept. of Agriculture? CDC?
What is being done in other countries?
Any info. or places to turn for info would be most appreciated.
