This is great information! Does anyone know if Medicaid would reimburse for lactation services if provided by a nurse practitioner who is also an IBCLC?  I am considering new employment with a Federally Qualified Health Center in the pediatrics clinic and exploring possible Medicaid reimbursement for providing lactation services.  Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
