I agree with the thrust of Maureen's argument.  I did not want to
single out Nestle, though Nestle does still do terrible things where
governments allow them to.  I think that Ross and Mead Johnson and the
rest are as bad or worse.  Nestle's being compliant with the code in
Australia helps out the other companies in Australia make more money,
not breastfeeding.  *This is why the code needs to be legislated*.
Voluntary compliance does not work, except exceptionally.  A
legislated code, with teeth, makes a level playing field for all the
companies.
