I have worked with one woman who experienced tremendous breast growth with each
mentrual cycle between pregnancies and continued growth during pregnancy. She
had tremendous supply but enormous difficulty with latch as she could not see
the nipple/aerola. She had a full term babe with a good sized mouth but could
not hold him and reach the end of the breast...think a woman who went from a
(north american size)34B cup to a GGGG. She was not obese. We had to order
custom made bras, use pillows and every other trick I could think of to support
the weight. She breastfed for a few months but found it very difficult as he
grew. She had breast reduction surgery very quickly.  I do not believe any drug
therapy was attempted.
