Not sure what would be the indication for one sided nursing and switching 
breasts after two feeds, which is an intervention intended to ramp down the 
milk supply.  Mom should offer both breasts at each feed.  Maybe suggest 
super switch nursing to keep the baby going.  Have mom keep a log.
