Great thoughts, Wendy!  The newest good pump technology has enabled so
many women to provide breastmilk for their infants that would otherwise
not have even considered it!  We could get so "purist" and carried away
that we end up helping only a selected few who subscribe to our views to
breastfeed.  I, too, found the pump technology a godsend when trying to
combine brf and working.  Without it I would not have been able to brf
for as long as I did.  As an example...a nurse on a busy floor may be
able to pump for 15 mins....but if took one minute longer...forget it!
