You might also take a look at her thyroid. There are a couple of similar
cases that were associated with hyperthyroidism. It's an outside possibility
but worth checking out. (could be either hypo or hyper) In the meantime, I'd
keep up the oxytocin spray. 

I've seen a blind nipple once, and it was unilateral. But if some milk came
out, that's probably not the case. Anything unusual about the breasts,
nipple, or reproductive history?
