Thank you for your post Christine, I happen to agree with you! I recently had 
a grandson, whose mother has a hx of breast surgery and had a supply 
problem, without the help of her Medela pump, I have no doubt my grandson 
would not still be getting breastmilk. I wish I would have had such 
comfortable, convienient pumps when I had to go back to work 6 wks after 
the birth of each of my children... I probably would have been able to extend 
my breastfeeding time.
