From what I have learned is that Almond milk and Hemp Milk are higher in fat 
content then other milks, so if a mom is wanting to start adding a "milk" that is 
not cows milk, these are good choices as an alternative to whole milk.  I use 
both these milks in cereal and fruit smoothies for my toddler (who is a 
frequent breastfeeder,  not vegan and has not been given dairy yet).  
I think nutritionally Hemp is a great alternative, its full of omega 3's and 6's as 
well as essential amino acids.
