I've been out of the office for a few days so didn't see this thread
until just now. And I haven't even read the whole digest! But I'd like
to add that sometimes it can take up to a week or more for a milk supply
to come in after a good bleed. One mom I worked with struggled for about
9 days if I recall and when we finally got 1 ounce of milk at one
pumping, she was estatic. There is a connection between PPH and late
lactogenesis. Apologies if someone has already covered this.
