Hi all. Just a few notes. I notice that a lot of people are using
incorrect commands to try and manage their Lactnet subscriptions.
Please take the time, now, to do a

Get Lactnet Welcome

To get a copy of all the commands that go with Listserv. It is not that
hard to keep this, maybe print it off. ..and use it to learn the few
simple commands on how to manage your own subscription.  By doing so,
you help me and my colleagues avoid having to do it for you, which, when
multipled by even a fraction of the 3000+ of you on a monthly basis who
need help,...is a lot of work for us.
