  great suggestion to have mom talkto/meet a   lc. she should be fine. she
could bf on one side only although there will be milk in the other btreast.
the idea wiill be to maximize potential easly on. if the ducts have ot
regenerated, and some do., they will involute. she should be at no more risk
for mastitis if she is careful than anyone else.
