Regarding your questions about these supplements, Forskolin come from the
coleus from the root of a plant in the mint family. The thermogenic does
work, but usually used as one label says "heart health". Other than being
part of the mint family, which over use can dry supply, the thermogenic
properties will not be so much in one or two capsules a day. Me to be on the
safe side, would agree though as a no because of the possible drying effect.
Relora, works to support mood. Mainly works on the gaba receptors to allow
for relaxation. Magnolia bark is used as anti inflammatory, diaphoretic and
stimulant effect. Usually used in Traditional Chinese medicine. According to
my PDR for herbal medicines states no known adverse effects if used in
proper dosages as given by practitioner. The thing with Relora is that it
contains amino acids taurine, and L-theanine, to support relaxation and
resolve tension. Phellodendron I am not sure about. Since the Magnolia is
used here in the south but rarely. I would talk with someone who practices
TCM. However, there are better known herbs to help with relaxation and
nerves without disturbing supply.
