Good point about the discussion on co-sleeping bringing up deep down issues
for many of us relating to what we didn't get as children.  My mother
breastfed us all as children for about a year but didn't believe in
co-sleeping (and has bugged me about doing it with mine).  I remember as a
child that I slept with three pillows. Two big ones that were on either
side of me- the "mommy" and "daddy" pillows.  Then the small one, the
"baby" pillow was under my head!  I couldn't go to sleep unless I had all
three. Guess part of me knew what was missing even though I hadn't heard
about co-sleeping at the time!
