I would like to thank all of you who have given me some suggestions. It is
amazingly difficult to try and decide what is "most" important to get
across in such a short period of time.

If it will help others give more suggestions I am doing the seminar for
prenatal moms who mostly have not taken a thorough breastfeeding class. I
want to give them the information they need but not overwhelm them since it
is such a short time frame.
