I Emailed my contact at the CDC who tells me the ACIP is
meeting soon for finally recomendations on rota virus vaccine. He
will attend and ask my breastfeeding question. My guess is they
will recommend it for all. The combo of BF and the vaccine
should give even better protection. The main advantage of either
is avoiding the severe diarrhea/vomiting requiring IV fliuds.
