Since I have a backorder on this pump, I asked my rep what the problem was
the next time she called me. A few days ago she called and said that there
had been some problem with the AC adaptor, and in changing (fixing) it, they
had to go through UL approval all over again. They are supposedly now
releasing the first of the new batch; if there were any other problems, they
aren't saying so.
