this is what was written in the Washington Post this week also.

good point!

if you ask the CDC rep about this issue please let us know the explaination
as to the "proximity" issue for bottle feeding formula.

After all it would be these formula fed infants who would be more
"vulnerable" than breastfed or breastmilk fed infants.
