Hello, gentle subscribers to Lactnet,
Summer is upon us and with it an increase in going no mail. This is not
accomplished by sending no mail messages to the Lactnet list, though it does
let us all know when you are trying to leave the list temporarily. You can
go no mail quickly and discreetly (only the listmothers will know) by
sending a message to:

[log in to unmask]

Leave the subject box blank.
In the message part, write SET LACTNET NOMAIL

When you are ready to start receiving Lactnet mail again, send a new message
to the same address, but write SET LACTNET MAIL

You may also conduct such operations by going to the Lactnet Archives
website and clicking appropriately once you get there.

Happy vacationing to all!
Rachel Myr
