This question is for my interest only...my curiousity has been piqued.

My father-in-law's mother was a bex addict and developed kidney disease as a result. She was already quite ill when my father-in-law was born (and in fact died when he was 3 years old). His sister was telling me today how his mother breastfed him and how he nearly died as a result of her "poisonous breastmilk." Can anyone tell me whether milk composition is affected by maternal kidney disease?
