In the U.S. it is the FIRST site listed when you run the search. Here is
the response I sent to Google

I think you are doing a grave disservice to mothers and infants having
"Lactation Consultant" link to a company that makes its profits selling
formula. The first link that comes up when you type in lactation
consultant is a "Feeding Expert" site hosted by Abbott (the makers of
Similac formula). I performed the same search on Bing.com and came up
with more appropriate (no conflict of interest) sites for lactation
consultants and organizations. This leads me to believe that maybe I
should use that site for all of my searches and inform others to do the
same. I would really appreciate some feedback/action on this matter as I
have used Google for many years, but am horribly upset by the fact that
marketing and profits are more important than appropriate and accurate
links. Thank you for taking this matter into consideration.
