Katherine,  how do you instruct parents to dropper feed?  It seems as if
when  the baby is sucking on the dropper, you're running into the same
problems as with sucking on anything but breast.  Cup feeding seems to avoid
that problem.  Could you explain your experience with dropper feeding
further, because many parents do ask about it, but I am always hesitant...
