I just want to use this as an opportunity to remind you that the same is true
with herbs. For the sake of avoiding lawsuits, almost all herbs in the US
state they are not to be used when pregnant or lactating. This is not a
useful guideline, but often makes those unfamiliar with herbs fear they are
unsafe. I always try to find bf -friendly medical experts to get drug info
and a knowledgeable, bf-friendly herbalist or naturopath to get info on herbs
and supplements.
