Pamela, why would you need a doctor's order for this?  Would you need a
doctor's order for use of a hand pump?  The everter works similarly to a pump.
I think documentation is important but this is not an invasive procedure so I
don't know why it would require a medical order.
I am not a big fan of the everter or reversed syringe.  I saw it missed used
and over used when it was first out.  If the baby is not ready to latch the
nipple quickly the nipple flattens out.  I prefer to have the moms first try
nipple rolls and tugs and if needed go to the hand pump.
