I have to say I think it's really important that the legislation NOT say
only breastfeeding children under age three are entitled to breastfeed in
public places. It's too easy for this to become a precedent that others will
use against older breastfeeding children - fathers in custody battles, for
example, who will be able to point to this legislation as proof that their
child should be weaned by age three.
