I received my copy of the new Johnson and Johnson video by Klaus titled
"Your Amazing Newborn."  It is a beautiful, wonderfully done video -- I
highly recommend showing it in childbirth preparations classes.  HOWEVER --
nowhere does it mention that all these amazing abilities of your newborn
will be compromised if the mother has drugs in labor.  I think it sets a
lot of folks up for disappointment -- they're going to wonder why *their*
baby doesn't act like the babies in the video.  So be sure to tell them
that the info in the video only holds true for undrugged births/babies.
