I am getting confused. After Heather posted about UK nipple shields, I have
read other posts which seem to assume these are of an old and inflexible type --
the bog standard one available here is a thin, clear, silicone one, not the old
'mexican hat' as they were called rubber ones.

I am now regretting I didn't bother looking in the chemist for a US nipple
shield last time I was home...because I half-way suspect we are talking about
the SAME thing from different perspectives.....rather like the blind men and the
elephant (a moral tale which featured much in my grade school readers which
finally, after lo these many years, seems to be relevant).

Is there some commercial site where there is a pic of a nipple shield from the
US so we in UK could see if it looks different?
