We've been having a terrible time with eczema this spring here in Brattleboro. We're also having a terrible allergy season already!
 
I'm feeling awfully ignorant on this topic. I've read Lawrence's info on prophylaxis of allergy. Beyond elimination diets, I remembered (and found in the archives) info on omega 3's as a help. I myself used to take nutritional yeast to help my kids' skin.
 
What else would be useful to read??
