I would recommend tasting anything that you are telling a mother to put on 
her nipples.  Whenever I run into a nipple cream, etc. that a mom has brought 
into the hospital with her that I am not familiar with, I will ask the mom's 
permission to taste.  I have yet to find a nipple preparation that tastes good 
to me, including APNO.
