The Mother's Milk Bank in Austin Texas has a milkoscan machine, which
can determine the content of many nutrients in milk.  I wonder if they
could be helpful with your problem.

But, I doubt that elevated calcium in maternal milk would lead to high
blood levels in the infant.  Sounds like this kid needs a thorough
workup, blood levels of calcium are regulated closely by the body.  Have
they looked at parathyroid function, bone remodeling, any tumors that
could be releasing too much calcium from body stores, etc?
