Breastfeeding and Human Lactation is very much a textbook, professional
resource, though a quite readable one.  BAB is written at a much easier
level, both in terms of language and science.  I use the first for
myself and the second to find an easier way to explain issues and
counsel mothers.  If the mom wants the science, she wants the test and
not BAB.
