# This baby is one month old. Mom has recently noticed "body
odor/sweat" odor to her milk (bilaterally) and odor to baby's mouth
and breath. She notices it when she expresses also. #

Sometimes the iron or fish oil supplements the mom eats cause metal or
fish-like smell in breastmilk. Could it be something this mom eats?
Personally I think onions easily make your skin/breath (or even whole
kitchen :( smell like BO, so just wondering if she eats lots of
onions ;) ? Some food or spice or certain microwave oven meals
(spices)?
