Lois that gave me a delightful laugh this morning. Thank you.
I would say she couldn't, because the baby's oxygen regulator in his 
mouth would squash the nipple.

OK, sorry ... knowing what you mean, I go with Cindy ... why not? 
Maybe just be careful when she puts the wetsuit on that the breasts 
are sitting comfortably so that no ducts get blocked, but she 
wouldn't be in the water that long anyway.
