I am very familiar with the Visual Competition in 4H.  In fact my son
used to compete in this very county and received the highest blue rosette
award (top in the state).  OK enough bragging.  The 4th H stands for
Health, now isn't that ironic!!!  I'd be up in arms if it was my daughter
too.  If I can do anything locally, Bonnie, let me know.  I think I know
of whom you speak.
