From my knowledge in Florida the answer is no....We only got ours by virtual 
screaming and kicking and it was never a posted position.  We are still 
pouting and carrying on because we have 5 certified nurses and we make ourselves 
known by filling up the infamous bulletin board by the elevators with all things 
breastfeeding and lauding our now infamous lab techs and ourselves...in other 
words we toot our own horn to let the world know we are here and if you need 
ASK and DEMAND.  But by law ...maybe in Disney World it is.
