Margaret, I recommend that she see a PT or OT, preferable one trained in
Cranio-Sacral therapy--or a DO. These folks can do a lot for a situation as
you described. Even if she can't find one with C-S training they can
probably find the source of the problem and relieve it.

I have an OT who is trained in C-S and she has helped many of my clients
with various problems, including one with a non-draining lump in one breast.
Mom had it checked out by a breast specialist and ruled out serious
possibilities.  After the C-S work, the breast drained more and more each
feeding until it was gone.

If you can access the Archives you can find a lot of interesting references
to Cranio-Sacral work.
