I went to see a client today whose baby was not nursing probably due to
introduction of the bottle, pacifier, and breast engorgement.
As I was showing the Mom the breastpump, she became alarmed because her cat
had run off with the baby's pacifier and asked if I would retrieve it.
There was the cute little kitty with the pacifier in its mouth(correctly) !!
Mom was worried that kitty had chewed it.....I was disappointed it hadn't at
all.
