I am taking the examination in July I received my approval 2 weeks ago.
I have been a Midwife for a long time, I have more than enough hours,and
I have been going to all the NSW Lactation Colleges education meetings,
conferences, and I am undertaking the Lactation course(36 hours) leading
up to the exam plus I have enrolled into a four Fridays(30) before the
exam as a refresher, giving me 66 hours education not including the
28.50 cerps as well, so I fell happy about it all , but there is a lot
of work required before taking the examination.
Good luck but persiverence is the key word. I'm nervous about it as well
as Ilene, but if you do the work required of you for the exam you'll be
fine.
