Hello, everyone!

There are times when we all wish we could reach out and touch someone,
especially our congressional representatives. So, here is one way to do
so.

If you are really upset about something or pleased, or whatever (we tend to
write/communicate when we are most angry), you can CALL your Congressperson
or Senator by calling the US Capitol switchboard and asking to be routed to
the specific individual in question. That switchboard number is:

                                        202 - 224-3121

If you write to your Senator, do so at United States Senate
                                        Washington, DC 20510

If you write to your representative in Congress, do so at
                                        United States House of Representatives
                                        Washington, DC 20515

A word to the wise: if you know one of the above is a member of a
particular committee, point out that fact, particularly if that committee
is in charge of reviewing a particular problem or issue (such as WIC
reauthorization, etc). Such a mention tends to mean the person in question
will pay a bit more attention.
