Dr. R Chandra is an internationally known pediatric allergy specialist. He
works at the Janeway Children's Hospital in St. John's, Newfoundland. His
studies have been published in various medical journals. He has some dollar
figures associated with children not being breastfed but I can't quote
them(left my info behind in Newfoundland). Hope this helps.
