So, Wise Ones,
All this great discussion of HIV transmission via breastfeeding, and
isolation of HIV in breastmilk raises another question in my mind.  Since
the literature shows HIV can be isolated in breastmilk, and that there is
some risk (though difficult to quantify) of transmitting HIV by
breastfeeding, how can any of us who handle leaky lactating breasts on a
daily basis make a case for not wearing gloves to do this work?
Just Wondering.
